Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange items within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in unused, original condition, with all original packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@keentoknit.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item(s) back.

If you have received the wrong product or if the goods have been damaged during transport, please contact info@keentoknit.com.

Please Note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).

• In the case of an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

Refunds (for returns) will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is approved.

• We do not charge any restocking fees.
